"My wife and I started training January 2015 with Danielle at the NoFo Wellness Center in Cutchogue. I am 52 and in reasonable shape but had begun to feel my body getting old. When we started I was stiff and could not even do one sit up…..Working out with Danielle has been incredible, she was very quick at picking up on our weaknesses and strengths and developed a program of exercise for us that is challenging and variable so that we are working on every part of our bodies, not just the obvious trouble spots. Our work outs are also very interesting, we never know what we are going to be doing on any given day and Danielle introduces new workouts or stretches every week.
