WHAT: BOOTCAMP WILL CONSIST OF OUTDOOR WORKOUTS IN THE SUNSHINE! INSTRUCTED WITH PROPER FORM THROUGH ACTIVATION EXERCISES TO STRENGTHEN CORE GLUTES AND SHOULDER MOBILITY, FUNCTIONAL MOVEMENT PATTERNS, RUNNING, BIKING, CARDIO INTERVALS, PLYOMETRICS, BAND & WEIGHT WORK, SPRINTING, BODY WEIGHT STRENGTH, AND WHATEVER ELSE I CAN THROW IN TO PUSH YOUR LIMITS.
